Founded by Cole Susac & Traevon Die’r in 2019, we wanted our brand to represent our personalities and core values, which was heavily influenced by our passion for sports. We came up with the idea of having personal mascots.
Varsity Creative's mascots, Bruce the Bulldog and Pablo the Bear, embody the spirit of Varsity Creative. These mascots were created to be the visual representation of our personalities, work ethics, athletic abilities, and most importantly the team and culture we represent.

Just a kid from Akron Ohio, Traevon D'ier is a former D1 track star turned powerlifter, podcaster, and photographer!
Traevon is also a self-taught creative photographer with a passion for vintage clothing style. Recently, he has become an NFT sensation, showcasing his talent and unique eye for art through digital mediums.
Hailing from a small town in Ohio, Susac is a former football player that turned into a powerlifter, graphic designer, podcaster, and photographer and still competes physically which is a testament to his dedication to physical fitness.
He is a self-taught creative and a graduate of The Ohio State University, who has mastered the art of graphic design and photography through hard work and determination.
Cory Gregory's remarkable journey from an underground coal miner to a leading figure in the fitness and nutrition industry showcases his unwavering determination and entrepreneurial spirit. From opening his first gym at the young age of 20, Cory rapidly gained renown as an expert in personal training and nutrition. Co-founding Musclepharm, one of the fastest-growing sport nutrition brands, he achieved unprecedented success with sales exceeding half a billion dollars during his seven-year tenure.
Currently, as the CEO and Co-Founder of Max Effort Muscle, along with his own online training app CoryGFitness.com, Cory continues to inspire and impact the thousands of members in his community alongside his enduring partners Trae and Cole, with whom he has shared a successful partnership for over seven years.
Tyler Sealover is a multi-talented individual with a diverse background. As a former player in football, basketball, and baseball, his love for sports has shaped his competitive spirit. Hailing from Zanesville, Ohio, and a graduate of Muskingum, Tyler gained valuable experience in the engineering and energy industry, honing his skills in high-level management and operations.
In 2019, he embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, joining forces with Cole and Trae at Max Effort Muscle and Varsity Creative. Currently serving as the operations manager, Tyler combines his expertise with a passion for punk music, Ohio State Buckeyes football, and cherishing quality time with his young son.
Sweg is a versatile individual with a unique background, hailing from both Grenadian and Michigan roots. With a passion for multi-sports, particularly excelling in soccer, track, football, basketball, and golf, Sweg's athleticism knows no bounds.
Having ventured into various fields, from gaming and streaming to creating engaging lifestyle content on Twitter, Sweg also holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems with a minor in Business. Additionally, with over four years of experience in the crypto space, Sweg has become an expert in the ever-evolving world of blockchain and digital assets.
